Privacy information

This website is run by Southampton Van Keys. Send us an enquiry and here's what lands with us: your name and contact details, where the van is, its registration, make and model, and whether a working key remains.

How we use it

One purpose only: replying to you, working out whether we can help with your van, and arranging a visit if we can. Your information is never sold on or used for marketing.

Proof of ownership

Before any key is produced we may ask to see ownership documents. That check protects you just as much as it protects other van owners.

Your rights

You're entitled to ask what information we hold about you, and to have it deleted. Get in touch through the details on our contact page and we'll sort it.
