Vito key work covers vans up to 2014. Newer FBS4 key systems are outside what we do, and a Vito from those years is not automatically covered — send the registration and key details and we will confirm before anything is booked.

We've set a firm boundary on Vito work rather than implying every example of the van is something we can handle. That boundary is stated upfront, and each van is still checked individually before anything is scheduled.
Lost Mercedes-Benz Vito keys
A Vito registered up to 2014 with no working key needs its registration, year, location and any key information you hold, sent across before anything else happens. We check that against our coverage first to confirm it's a van we can take on.
Spare Vito keys
With one working key still in hand on a Vito that falls within our range, getting a spare cut sooner rather than later tends to save a lot of disruption down the line.
