Our Mercedes coverage runs to the Sprinter up to 2018 (not including the earlier bladed-key Sprinter models), the Vito up to 2014, and the Citan. We don't advertise work on newer Sprinters, newer Vitos, newer FBS4 key systems, or the older bladed-key Sprinters. Send your registration and year through before booking so we can check it fits.

Because Mercedes key and immobiliser tech differs so much by model and year, we'd rather be precise about what's covered than risk a wasted visit for a van that falls outside our range.

I've got a 2020 Sprinter — is that within your coverage?
No, newer Sprinters like that sit outside our advertised range, so we wouldn't be able to take this one on.
