Sprinter key work covers vans up to 2018, but not the earliest bladed-key models within that span. Newer FBS4 key systems are outside what we do, and a Sprinter from those years is not automatically covered — send the registration and key details and we will confirm before anything is booked.
About the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and its keys
Mercedes-Benz has reworked its key and immobiliser technology repeatedly across the Sprinter's history, which is exactly why we do not offer a blanket promise for every model year. Instead, our Sprinter work is set against a defined window, checked van by van rather than assumed from the badge alone.

A Sprinter stranded with no keys at all needs its registration, year, location and whatever key details you can supply before we commit to anything. We run those details past our coverage first and will say plainly if your van sits outside it.

What about an older Sprinter with a bladed key?
